On February 2, 2016, at around 20:49, the Defendant came to the residence of the victim D (Inn, 42 years of age) in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The defendant was lengthed to find the victim's residence in order to receive the drinking value which was not paid by the victim.

The defendant forced to open the gate at the victim's residence, and entered the victim's house and closed the door.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.
