The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On June 10, 2015, around 01:20, the Defendant received 112 report that a woman is born in the train on the street in front of the 61th elementary school of the Hancheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, 2015, and arrived at the site. However, the Defendant sexually insultingd the victim 10 citizens, such as “Massia, Masia, and Masiasia” referred to as “Masia, Masia, Masiasia, Masia,” a police officer belonging to the Busan High Police Station B, which arrives at the site and did not take any measure.
2. The offense of insult is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint under Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim can be acknowledged as having withdrawn the complaint against the defendant on July 22, 2015, which is after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
