A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the victim C (nive, 29 years old) and the married couple on November 29, 2014, and the victim D (53 years old) and the victim E (nive, 54 years old) are the lineal ascendants of the spouse of the defendant due to the parents of the above C.
1. 2. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury to a lineal ascendant of a group or deadly weapon);
A. On January 18, 2015, around 01:35, the Defendant injured the victim E at the same place as the above paragraph 1, and the victim E, who exchanged with C, was found in the Defendant’s house along with D, the husband of the victim, and the victim E, who was found in the house and was inside the house, was able to take the posts of the victim at several times, and the face and the breast part of the chest continued to take part.

B. The Defendant who injured the victim D shall be the victim D, who is the captain, who was assaulting the mother E at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a).
