1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 1,931,967,124 and KRW 1,200,000 among them, from September 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. A small and medium enterprise system, small and medium enterprise, which acquired corporate bonds and rights incidental thereto (joint and several surety bonds against the Defendant) against a stock company as indicated in the separate sheet as shown in the claim, on June 24, 2016, by transfer the above bonds to the Plaintiff on June 24, 2016; and on July 12, 2016, when notifying the transfer of the above bonds to B, the joint and several surety deposits and the principal amount of KRW 1,200,000,000 among the joint and several surety deposits following the notification to the stock company B on July 12, 2016 (the principal amount of KRW 1,20,000,000, interest of KRW 731,967,124, interest rate of KRW 15 per annum as of August 31, 2016
