Reasons
1. The defendants' illegal acts of the plaintiff's assertion of basic facts are as shown in the attached Form.
2. If so, the Defendants are liable to pay to the Plaintiff the consolation money for mental damage caused by a tort. Defendant B is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 1,00,000 won, Defendant C is obligated to pay 70,000 won, Defendant D is obligated to pay 5% per annum from December 23, 2014 to June 22, 2018, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. The remainder of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants is dismissed.
