1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 119,30,487 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 13, 2017 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence Nos. 1 through 14 of the judgment on the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff may supply the Defendant with electric power cables, etc. from April 2017 to September 2017, and recognize the fact that the Plaintiff was not paid KRW 119,330,487 out of the price by the Defendant, and there is no other evidence against this.
According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 19,330,487 won with the price of the above electrical equipment as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 30, 2018 to the day of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.
2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is legitimate, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
