except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a large passenger vehicle C.

At around 06:20 on January 3, 2015, the Defendant driven the above van and proceeded from the 4rd side of the orchard to the 5-lanes in front of the sloping-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, with five-lanes in front of the sloping-do.

Since the above sloping street was an intersection with a signal apparatus and crosswalk, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving a person engaged in driving the motor vehicle according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop the vehicle while proceeding as it was, and the Defendant got off the right side of the direction of the Defendant, along with the pedestrian signal, the victim D (the age of 59) was placed ahead of the said passenger-stop.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered approximately 10 weeks of the above occupational negligence from a two-time open wound, which requires medical treatment.
