1. Of the judgments of the first instance court, the information Nos. 5 and No. 7, 11, 13, 15, 19, 25, 26, 33, and 39 listed in the separate sheet are among the information.
1. The plaintiff sought the revocation of the non-disclosure decision of each of the information of this case in the first instance court. The court of first instance accepted the claim for the remaining parts (the name of the person or person who is subject to the disclosure, the contents of the investigation report, and the contents of the statement) excluding the resident registration number, occupation, domicile, place of registration, address, contact address of each of the persons or person who made a statement among the information listed in the separate list 4, 5, 16 and 1, 2, 6 through 15, 17, 19, 25 through 27, 31 through 33, 39, and dismissed the remaining claims.
Since only the defendant appealed against this, the subject matter of the trial of the political party is limited to the claim for revocation of each of the information and sequence 1, 2, 6 through 15, 17, 19, 25 through 27, 31 through 33, 39, excluding the resident registration number, occupation, dwelling, place of registration, workplace address, contact address of each person or person who has made a statement (the name of the person or person who has made a statement, the content of the report of investigation, and the content of statement).
