1. The Defendant’s KRW 131,908,355 as well as 6% per annum from March 2, 2014 to April 17, 2014 as to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant for the supply of construction materials, and supplied construction materials to the Defendant by March 1, 2014, but did not receive the total amount of KRW 131,908,355 from the Defendant. As such, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the unpaid amount of KRW 131,908,355 and delay damages.
