The Defendant is running the packing and sales business of livestock products under the trade name “C” in Busan Seo-gu.

No person shall sell livestock products, the expiration date marked on which has passed, or store them for sale.

Nevertheless, around May 22, 2014, the Defendant, at the above C workplace, stored livestock products for the purpose of sale, such as having D employees for which the circulation period has expired by July 30, 2013, by simply packaging 493km and 1580,000 won.
