1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. From February 6, 2018 to March 21, 2018, for KRW 18,954,723 and KRW 18,07,85 among them.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. A judgment deemed based on confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant only submitted an original copy of the payment order and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting any subsequent detailed written response. Thus, it is deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act
