However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on April 4, 2012, received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 2 million as a fine in the same court on December 24, 2012.

On September 23, 2014, at around 22:50, the Defendant driven a BL car without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 500 meters from the Do in front of the Newcheon-dong, Daegu-dong, Incheon-dong, to the front road of the Han-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Daegu-do, without obtaining a driver’s license in the state of alcohol level of about 0.052%.

After all, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, drives a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, while driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.
