1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd., D, and E jointly share KRW 139,105,00,000 and those related thereto from March 20, 2015.

A. The status of the parties 1) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”).

B. On March 23, 2012, Defendant B entered into a business agreement and an agency agreement with Defendant International Asset Trust and Maritime Construction Co., Ltd. and Defendant C, a corporation conducting the instant construction and sale of the instant officetels (hereinafter “instant business agreement”) (hereinafter “instant business agreement”).
On April 2015, there was a change in some parties to the contract, such as the participation of the original comprehensive construction corporation in lieu of comprehensive construction in the Corporation.
(2) On March 23, 2012, Defendant B entered into a contract with the Defendant International Asset Trust for Sale Management (hereinafter “instant trust contract”) in accordance with the instant business agreement, and completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the trust with respect to the instant project site on the same day.
3. The main contents of the instant business agreement and the instant trust agreement are the ownership of the instant business site and future construction.
