except that the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. At around 11:55 on December 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft on the E store managed by the victim D of the first floor of the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C; and (b) on the display stand, the Defendant used 90,000 won of the market price, which was displayed in the display stand.

2. On December 28, 2017, around 13:30 on December 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed G department stores located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F in the I store managed by the victim H of the second floor of the G department stores; (b) placed them in a bank in possession of a handbrid bag of the market value of at least 4.90,000 won at that place

Circumstances unfavorable to the determination of sentence: The Defendant did not improve his character and conduct despite having been subject to several criminal punishments for the same crime, and committed the instant crime. The Defendant committed the instant crime at least twice and the amount of damage is not significant, and the victims suffered from the difficulty in resale of stolen goods.

The favorable circumstances: The mental disorder, such as depression, has an impact on the crime of this case.
