1 through 3 shall be confiscated every year in the total list of seized articles.

On August 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on August 7, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 15, 2014.

1. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with a name-free person, forged a letter of F resident registration certificate under the name of the head of the Daegu Metropolitan City/Seoul Metropolitan City, which is an official document for the purpose of exercising.

2. On June 5, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received Samsung Credit Card (I) issued in the name of F in front of the Haak-gun Hud 303 (Hudio), and used the forged official document, such as the preceding paragraph, by presenting the resident registration certificate, which is a forged official document, as if the completion was actually issued to the J as the delivery cause of the said card.

3. On June 5, 2014, around 13:31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) presented one copy of the above Samsung Credit Card, which was issued by stealing the name of F when purchasing a gift certificate of KRW 1 million at the victim’s home display room located in Seo-gu, Daegu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; and (b) received one million won gift certificates as owned by the victim after having an unqualified person, who is an employee of the above inside store, settle the purchase price of the gift certificates as if he were the Defendant’s credit card; and (c) received one million won gift certificates as owned by

On June 24, 2014, the Defendant received cash services of one million won using one of the above Samsung Credit Card Co., Ltd., which was issued by stealing F by stealing F’s name in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the main branch of the victim’s national bank, among those located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Cheongdong-ro 23, Cheongsung-gu, Daegu-gu, 201.
