Around May 13, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document in the column of the insurance coverage (187,200,000), “from May 13, 2013 to September 30, 2013 (141 days)” in the column of the insurance coverage period, “the advance payment guarantee under the construction contract” in the column of the contents of the guarantee, “the advance payment guarantee under the construction contract,” and “the date of the issuance, May 13, 2013” in the name of Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. in the name of Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. in the form of a computer image file, and then forged the performance guarantee insurance policy (1) in the name of Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. in the name of Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. in the form of the rights and obligations by printing it into a computer image file without authority.”

Around May 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) delivered one copy of the performance (advance payment) surety insurance policy in the name of the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., a forged private document, as described in the preceding paragraph, to the office of Songpa-gu Seoul, Seoul; and (b) exercised it as if he had been duly formed with F, as if he were aware of the fact.
