A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. No passenger in violation of the Railroad Safety Act shall pressing an emergency stopber during operation from a passenger train without justifiable grounds;
Nevertheless, at around 17:52 on September 6, 2018, the Defendant was divided into a stone (17:8cm) with an emergency stopber in the passage between 2nd and 3rd stations on the ground that a train is slowly driven in the operation of a stop tunnel between 1535 king X-Pack-gu, 1535 on the ground that the train was driven in the operation of a stop tunnel between 2nd and 3rd stations.
As a result, the defendant has divided the emergency stopber in the passenger train without any justifiable reason.
2. The Defendant causing special property damage, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), has broken down one set of 30,273 won of the market price of the victim Korea Railroad Corporation owned by the victim due to a stone (17 x 8 m) that is dangerous things carried on the ground that the train was trying to open a entrance to get out of the train, when the train stops in a slot tunnel, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and destroyed another's property.
3. No person who violates the Railroad Safety Act or who inflicts an injury shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers by assault or threat;
Nevertheless, from around 23:03 to 23:09 on September 6, 2018, the Defendant attempted to leave the C office located in Yasan-si B to undergo an investigation under the same suspicion as described in paragraphs (1) and (2), and was subject to control, and accordingly, the Defendant: (a) took one-time price at the right side of the railroad police officer E (35 years old); (b) took one-time price at the right side of the left side of the D (42 years old); and (c) took one-time price at the right side side of the railroad police officer E (35 years old); and (d) took one-time price at the right side of the F (51 years old) the victim’s right side side of the railroad police officer F (51 years old); and (e) took one-time price at the victim’s inside the 0.7m heat, E. 0.7m heat to the victim; and (e) took one-day treatment for the victim’s c.7m.
