Defendant’s son, and C died on October 4, 2012.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On May 27, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily stated “C”, “D”, “resident registration number”, and “C” column in the “resident registration number” column, for the purpose of obtaining C’s certificate of personal seal impression at the new Gwanak-gu community service center in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and affixed C’s seal.

In the end, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation of a certificate of seal imprint in the name of C, which is a private document.

B. On November 21, 2013, the Defendant voluntarily stated “C”, “D” and “resident registration number” column in the “resident registration number” column and affixed C seal to the “C” column for the purpose of obtaining the certificate of the personal seal impression in the name of C at the new Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu community service center for the purpose of obtaining the certificate of the personal seal impression in the name of C.

In the end, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation of a certificate of seal imprint in the name of C, which is a private document.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On May 27, 2013, the Defendant’s above 1-A at the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu community service center.

As stated in paragraph (1), a forged private document, which is a private document, was submitted to the employee in charge who is aware of the forgery as if the certificate of seal imprint was duly formed.

B. On November 21, 2013, the Defendant at the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-dong community service center, the above 1-B.

As stated in paragraph (1), a forged private document, which is a private document, was submitted to the employee in charge who is aware of the forgery as if the certificate of seal imprint was duly formed.

3. Violation of the Resident Registration Act.

A. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant, at the new-dong community service center in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as well as at the resident registration number and seal of the householder C, who is the deceased, C, on behalf of C, is the Seoul Special Metropolitan City F (Non-Public No. 2).
