1. The defendant shall pay 50 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 29, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On March 29, 2018, the Plaintiff seeking payment of the principal and interest on the ground that he/she lent KRW 50 million to the Defendant on March 29, 2018.
