It is confirmed that the exclusive agreement entered into on June 11, 2019 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant is null and void.
The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 257 (1) and 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
