Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

The Defendant received a proposal from a U.S.-based foreigner’s name influor (the name “C”; hereinafter “C”) of the card fraud organization to the effect that “the Defendant would make two credit cards forged under the name of the Defendant, using the false credit cards in the name of the Defendant, to request the purchase of tax-free goods by boarding the international route of the Republic of Korea, such as Jeju Aviation, by using them.” On April 2015, the Defendant received two copies of the card fraud organization’s credit card (the card number: D) and the HSBC credit card (the card number: E).

1. On April 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased five kinds of cosmetics, such as “Estyer,” etc. from the Jeju International Airport at around 13:12, the Defendant: (b) purchased from the Jeju International Airport on April 15, 2015, at the 7C1101 passenger aircraft operating into Incheon International Airport; (c) the instant credit card was forged, and (d) presented the forged credit card to the crew who could not identify the victim’s name, who sells the exempted goods within the flag, as if it was a card that could be actually used in a normal manner despite the actual payment of the card price, and received the forged credit card amounting to USD 489 (Korean KRW 545,235) from the time when the victim received the said “Esty cosmetic” from the victim to the 28th day of the same month, and received the goods of USD 5,298,298,750,70.

2. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud and violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, starting around 05:40 on April 28, 2015, purchased 12 kinds of cosmetics, including 12 kinds of cosmetics from Jeju Civil Aviation 7C2108, which is operated at Incheon International Airport, including 'Ethrox', and presented the forged Sit Bank’s credit card and HSBC credit card bank to the victim F.
