For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment that found the Defendant guilty on the facts charged of this case as having no evidence of crime, and sentenced the Defendant not guilty.

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not exhaust all necessary deliberations, but did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the criminal intent and deception, direct psychological and court-oriented

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
