In order to enhance the balance of repayment ability, it is necessary to deposit money into an account under the name of A (Defendant) because the details of deposit and withdrawal are necessary.

“Falsely speaking to the purport that money is deposited by means of having the victims transfer money to the national bank account (D) in the name of the Defendant and the Korean bank account (E), etc., the payment was attempted to withdraw the amount of damage caused by the fraud and deliver the amount to the account with which the name is unknown.

The Defendant Company provided the above bank account of the Defendant Company to assist the Defendant Company with knowledge that the said organization committed fraud against many unspecified victims by the aforementioned means, and around July 5, 2016, at the branch of Korea Bank G located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around July 5, 2016, the victim H withdraws the amount of KRW 8 million out of KRW 9 million deposited into the Defendant Company’s above bank account of the Defendant Company, and then deliver it to the Defendant Company’s book, whose name cannot be known, including the fact that it was easy to commit the crime.

7. By June 7, 200, “K” column in the list of crimes as shown in the list of crimes: Provided, That “K” column in the list of crimes shall be corrected as “L”; “K” column as “L”; and “K4,900,000 won at a net time” column as “one to seven combined levels 1 to 76,900,000 won.”
