However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

"2017 Highest 1784"

1. Larceny;

A. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a copy of the Victim C C C C C C C C C physical fitness card located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu; (b) discovered a copy of the Victim C C C C physical fitness card located far away from the chair; and (c) stolen the victim with the said card thereafter.

B. On June 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) discovered a copy of the Victim FF Bank BC C C C fitness card, which was located far away from the floor, at around 13:00, the Defendant stolen the victim F with the said card.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On May 26, 2017, around 02:16, at around 02:16, the Defendant purchased hambs equivalent to KRW 4,500 at the market price in the “E” as indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 1, and had the victim prepare a sales transfer slip by presenting the stolen BC card to an employee belonging to the above victim E as if he/she was his/her own possession, and after signing his/her name and signing his/her name, the Defendant acquired a stolen physical transfer card and the pecuniary gain equivalent to the above amount. From around the above day to May 26, 2017, the Defendant acquired property gains equivalent to KRW 202,360 by unlawfully using the stolen physical card over 17 times in total as indicated in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.

B. On June 12, 2017, the Defendant, who used F’s card, purchased one thring tobacco from the J, which is operated by the influorized victim’s name and influories of Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to the horse 5,500 won at the market price. As indicated in paragraph 1(b), the Defendant presented the thring card to the victim and made the victim prepare the sales slip, signed the bC card, and then delivered it to the victim, and obtained a stolen emerial card, and obtained a stolen emerial benefit.
