Purport of claim and appeal
1. Purport of the claim.
The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance cited in the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the addition of the following paragraph (2) to the judgment on the argument that the defendant emphasizes or added in the trial, and thus, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

Paragraphs 1 and 3 e.
The term “B” in paragraph (1) shall be written in “D”.
Part 4, 12 and 18 "21,86,90 won" shall be written respectively with "21,86,990 won".
Part 4, 12-13 provides that “There is no dispute between the parties,” “The evidence Nos. 6, 8, 5-7, and 6, and 7 of the evidence No. 5-7, and the testimony and the whole purport of the pleadings of the witnesses of the first instance trial may be recognized by integrating them.”
In addition to KRW 6,947,100 and KRW 14,919,890 for the purchase cost of the removal of the above construction cost, and KRW 36,691,862 for the instant construction project, the Defendant paid the amount exceeding KRW 50,00,00 in advance, as follows, for the instant construction project, there is no remaining advance payment.
① The amount of KRW 13,652,90 claimed by the Defendant is KRW 13,60,00 for the removal cost of the existing house - KRW 6,947,100 for the Plaintiff’s construction cost of KRW 528,00 for the removal of the existing house. ② Transportation cost of the removal of the existing house and KRW 3,845,00 for the removal of the existing house. ④ KRW 580,100 for the removal cost of the septic tank. ⑤ KRW 440,50 for the water supply cost of KRW 440,50 for the water supply cost of KRW 3,80,00 for the base-down construction cost of KRW 3,850 for the steel supply cost of KRW 14,934,740 for the Plaintiff’s - KRW 14,919,890 for the Plaintiff’s - KRW 4,514,680 for the removal cost of the new house.
The defendant's above assertion is without merit.
