However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

On September 8, 2017, the Defendant received the report of the assault case on the roads B in front of the 23:15 Gyeongcheon-si, 2017, and sent the report, D of the police box affiliated with C police officers assigned for the Defendant “ how the name will be returned.”

However, the defendant is sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor in consideration of the fact that the defendant is living against the confession of the crime and has no criminal record of suspended execution or more, and the execution thereof shall be suspended.
