[criminal history] On May 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Incheon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 6, 2016 at the Seoul Detention Center. On January 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the same crime by the said court.

[2] The Defendant: (a) was a person who violated the provisions of the Road Traffic Act prohibiting the driving of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol on at least two occasions; (b) was driving a Colator motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on August 28, 2017 while under the influence of alcohol on at least 0.196%; and (c) was driving the E ahead of the road located in Gongju City D into the intersection of Haitro, along with the E ahead of the road in Haitju City, at Haitju City, without obtaining a driver’s license; (d) was negligent in the course of performing duties, in an inaccurate operation of the steering system and operation of the steering system without properly examining the upper and upper sides while under the influence of alcohol; (e) was in the victim F. (n., 35 years old); (e., the victim’s 2-day treatment period and the tension 5-day treatment period for the said vehicle; and (e) was in the victim’s tension and the bones 2-day treatment period, etc.
