징벌 처분의 취소
1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff filed an application for an order to supplement stamp amounting to KRW 228,500,00 with the court within seven days from this court to order the correction of stamp fees, etc. on January 4, 2016 and filed an application for a litigation aid with this court for stamp fees, etc. on May 10, 2016, which became final and conclusive on July 22, 2016 as it was dismissed, and the Plaintiff failed to supplement stamp within the period specified in the above order of correction after the dismissal of the litigation aid decision became final and conclusive. As such, the instant lawsuit is unlawful since it is obvious in this court.
Therefore, we decide to dismiss the lawsuit of this case and decide as per Disposition.
