A. A. A special assault Defendant: (a) around February 20, 2017, around 01:53, around the “E” restaurant located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, brought a dispute with the victim B (n, 24 years of age) and his/her child; (b) went into operation of the Fystetian car, and was on board the victim G (5 years of age), H (4 years of age), I (2 years of age) with the part of the victim B and his/her child, in front of the left-hand side of the said car.

The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of J Hasler's car and F EF rocketing car, and the owner of a motor vehicle shall not operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.
