The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged is around 00:15 on March 4, 2016 by the Defendant: (a) on the 00:15, the Simsan-si B Studio 201, the Defendant argued D and diving as a cruel problem; and (b) the Defendant assaulted the head of the Defendant with his hair by breaking the victim’s head by breaking the boom and ringing the boom.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;

B. On April 14, 2016, the date of the instant indictment, the victim expressed his intention not to punish the Defendant.
