On July 6, 2013, from around 20:53 to 21:33 of the same day, the Defendant occupied approximately 1,000 participants in other assemblies, while participating in the 'National Assembly' rally in response to the National Assembly in Seoul plaza located in Jung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which was organized by the National Assembly in response to the National Assembly.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

1. Articles 185 and 30 of the Criminal Act applicable to the crimes;

It is so decided as per Disposition under Article 59(1) of the Criminal Code of the Suspension of Sentence (the defendant recognized the crime of this case, the mere participant at the above assembly is merely a simple participant, and the defendant does not seem to have violent behavior in the process of assembly, there is no record of criminal punishment, and the defendant is currently being able to faithfully engage in study as a university student, and the circumstances leading to the crime of this case are considered to be taken into account and thus, the sentence shall be suspended only once).
