1. Defendant A is the business owner of “G”, which is a sexual traffic business establishment in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F3, and Defendant C is the head of the above business establishment.
A. Defendant A and C posted an advertisement on the Internet at the above establishment from April 7, 2016 to June 13, 2016, and received the price for sexual traffic from the customers who reported it, and provided guidance to them, and had female employees to do acts similar thereto.
Accordingly, the above Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
B. On June 13, 2016, Defendant D sent the sexual organ of H, a customer, in three rooms at the above establishment around 15:30 on June 13, 2016, and engaged in sexual traffic by using a similar teaching method to scam under the above mentioned below.

Defendant B, at around 17:00 on August 3, 2016, received KRW 80,000 as the price for sexual traffic from the J, a customer, and generated the sexual organ of the J as his hand at around 2 rooms at around 17:00, and then, the act of similarity is done in such a way as to embling the sexual organ below.
