If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives a B rocketing vehicle under his/her own possession.
On November 03, 2013: (a) around 23:19, the Defendant driven approximately 10km from the vicinity of the required mountain in Yancheon-si to the old end of 995, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, as the vehicle, in a state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.080%.
