1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,271,957 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 13, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. As to the amount of KRW 37,00,000 for the goods supplied by the Plaintiff to the Defendant, the Defendant, on April 12, 2016, prepared and delivered to the Plaintiff a letter of payment stating that the said KRW 37,00,000 will be repaid at the rate of 15% per annum on April 30, 2016, interest rate and delay damages rate. Of the above KRW 37,00,000, the Defendant claimed KRW 23,271,957, which was unpaid by the Defendant, and delay damages thereon.
