[Public Offering 5048] On January 202, 202, the Defendant: (a) engaged in Haman-man-man-scaming of obscene contents through smartphones with unspecified victims; (b) threatened the victims with sending his body pictures and self-defense images to the victims registered with the victim's cell phone contact address if they did not transfer money to the victims; and (c) transferred money from the victims to the accounts secured in advance by the victims; (d) in collusion with non-personal officers in charge of committing the so-called "scamcaming" crime, the Defendant collected access media to be used in committing the crime according to the prior role sharing; and (e) withdrawn money deposited by the victims and remitted money from the victims to China; and (e) received 2% or 3% of the amount of money in return from the victims to the victims' cell phone according to the instructions of the Defendants and then received 2% or 3% of the amount from the victims.

A. According to the above conspiracys as to the crime committed against the victim C, the victim said that the victim was off clothes from the Kakaox to the victim, and that the victim’s self-defensed a video image with his body in his own body while being aware of the body of the victim, and that the victim’s self-defensed by transmitting the victim’s cell phone “gal galgr. capitalk” to the victim’s cell phone, and then, the victim again acquired personal contact information stored in the victim’s cell phone by transmitting the victim’s cell phone with the malicious code “balgr. capitalk”.

In the case of not depositing money in the account known to the victim, the victim made intimidation that he/she would spread a video image of his/her own act to his/her family members and other persons, and received 90,000 won from the victim to the bank account under D’s name (F) around March 10, 2020, and received 90,000 won from the victim from March 12:27, 2020 to March 16, 2020.
