1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to Plaintiff A for KRW 55,00,000, and KRW 55,000,000 to Plaintiff B, and each of them on April 1, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed sheet of claim.
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) is 12% per annum, the part of the claim that exceeds the scope should be dismissed.
