Around September 9, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents using an official approval color pen in the form of the rental agreement in which the Defendant was located in the Defendant’s house located in Suwon-gu BC 203, Suwon-gu, 2012, and had the visiting employee, whose name is unknown, and entered “BD” in the name column and “BD” in the name column, and signed BD next to that name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a siren (lease) lease contract in the name of BD, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant at the above time, at the place, delivered the forged rental contract as if it were a document duly formed, to the above erogian employee who was aware of the forgery.

The defrauded did not have the intent or ability to pay the price for the regular use of air at the above time, place, and fact, the Defendant, as seen above, had the said staff members belonging to the Defendant’s home, and had the said staff install one-time air conditioning air conditioning.
