A. Busan 2 Savings Bank (hereinafter “ Busan 2 Savings Bank”) filed a claim suit against the Defendant, B, and C against Busan 205 Gohap6528.

On June 23, 2005, the above court sentenced the defendant on June 23, 2005. The court sentenced the defendant to the effect that "the defendant shall pay to the Busan Second Savings Bank the amount of 247,313,126, ② 165,00,000 won, ③ 32,00,000 won, ④ 60,000, ⑤ 53,734,210 won, ⑤ 65,210 won, and 60,210 won with a rate of 20% per annum from May 22, 2005 to the day of full payment." The above judgment was finalized on July 26, 2005.

On August 26, 2011, the Financial Services Commission made a decision to transfer the assets and liabilities of the Busan 2 Savings Bank, including the instant bonds, to the Plaintiff, and the Busan 2 Savings Bank announced the decision to transfer the assets and liabilities of the Busan 2 Savings Bank on August 29, 201.

C. On June 2, 2015, the Plaintiff applied for the instant payment order for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the instant judgment claim.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 57 million won out of the judgment amount claim of this case and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from May 22, 2005 to the date of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
