1. The defendant shall deliver buildings listed in the attached Form to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation.

Reasons

1. On October 26, 2011, the Defendant: (a) transferred to the Plaintiff a claim for the return of the lease deposit against the Defendant’s Korea Land and Housing Corporation; (b) on the ground that the lease agreement was terminated on September 2013, the claim for delivery by subrogation of the Korea Land and Housing Corporation;
