1. On March 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) cut off one set of Samsung Ick mobile phone and one new credit card (N) equivalent to 220,000 won at the victim’s market price in Samsung Ick, which is the victim’s ownership, within the shock range between the victim (n.e., female and 54 years of age) who was diving in K at the same time.
2. A victim who violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant was in the Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu from March 2, 2014 to December 17 of the same day.
