Punishment of the crime
On December 14, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on December 14, 2012 and the said judgment was finalized on the 22th of the same month, and is not a person handling narcotics.
Criminal facts
1. On April 14, 2012, the Defendant ordered a person whose name cannot be identified through the Internet Messen from Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu (hereinafter “Mascoon”), who purchased psychotropic drugs, from the front of the above D convenience store, 0.17 g of Mescoon as Kwikset service, and 300,000 won of Mescoon.
2. Around April 14, 2012, the Defendant, at the time of the above E 202, inserted approximately 0.03g of the philophones purchased at the Defendant’s residence as above in a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and injected them into the left arms.
3. At around 18:00 on April 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of a single-time medication in a one-time injection instrument; (b) dumped with water; and (c) injected to the left arms.
4. At around 18:00 on April 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of a single-time medication in a one-time injection instrument; (b) dumped with water; and (c) injected to the left arms.
5. At around 19:00 on May 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03g of a single-time medication in a one-time injection instrument; (b) dumped with water; and (c) injected to the left arms.
6. At around 18:10 on May 2, 2012, the Defendant kept approximately 0.05g of the philopon purchased from the blopon 202, in custody of the Defendant, by inserting approximately 0.05g of the remaining philopon purchased from the copon.
