1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex sheet;
B. 13,613,582 Won and above from February 1, 2016
Reasons
1. On April 16, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 30,000,000 for lease deposit; (b) KRW 3,300,000 for monthly rent; and (c) the period of two years for lease deposit; (b) on the grounds that the contract was terminated due to the Defendant’s delayed payment; (c) accordingly, the Plaintiff sought a payment of overdue rent, electricity, and water charges from October 1 to January 31, 2016, respectively. (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
