1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective entries in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 4 and 13 (including each number), and the whole purport of the pleadings:
[1] The Plaintiffs are entrepreneurs who are engaged in activities, such as the number of times, the number of times, the number of times, etc. under the main name or the name of the party concerned in general.
Defendant NVVV Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant NVV”) is a company operating “NV” (www.naver.com) on the Internet search portal site.
Defendant Nber Business Platform Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Nurier Business Platform”) is a company established on May 1, 2009 by Defendant Nurier divided the online advertising and marketing platform, IT infrastructure sector, etc.
[2] On the screen showing the search results of the Internet portal website operated by the Defendants, if Internet portal users enter a specific keyboard in the search windows, the address of the advertiser’s site that entered into a contract with the Defendants in advance and the advertising phrase are posted in preference to other search results (the result of the advertising website search results are appearing in “short link” and “business site”; the result of the strike search results is set at the top, the result of the business site search results is set at the top, and is located below the link). The Defendants also posted the advertiser’s goods that entered into a contract with the Defendants prior to the search results by the search users, which is posted in the “Nber knowledge shopping” column along with the pictures of the goods as follows.
If Internet users character the specific search results of link, business site, and Internet knowledge shopping searched as above, they are linked to the screen produced by advertisers and registered in NAV.
[3] An advertiser shall register and register a related search language specifying his web page to indicate the results of the search by Internet search users.
