Criminal facts
The defendant is a person with a disability with a disability of grade IV and is a basic living beneficiary registered in the Mapo-gu Office and the Ordong Community Service Center.
1. Defluence;
A. On December 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, at the Social Welfare Department and Office of the Masan-si, Changwon-si, 3:15, the 210th floor, and (b) at the Social Welfare Department and Office of the Masan-si, 3:15, the Defendant, who was a public official of Grade 8 in charge in charge of social welfare and C, had been wrong in performing the operation, such as that the Defendant did not stop a pain on the right-hand typule due to culmatization, etc.; (c) but was found to have paid the operating expenses without confirmation; (d) more than 40 public officials and employees belonging to the Social Welfare and at the place where the civil petitioners are located, and (d) the victim “I would like to give the money so that I would have been treated as the victim’s family.”

At around 11:00 on January 9, 2014, the Defendant found the victim E (the victim, 32 years old), who is a public official in charge of social welfare, under the influence of alcohol at the dong-dong residents center located in Masan-dong, Masan-dong, 11:00, and requested the victim to re-issue the rice and merchandise coupons already received, and the victim requested two copies of a conventional market merchandise coupon that the victim had in the presence of several civil petitioners, such as the staff of the community service center in the flusium, and F, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “the fluss that give the victim an inside, flusium, flusium, flusium, flusium, and flusium.”
2. Performance of official duties;
A. On January 7, 2014, around 15:00, the Defendant drinks alcohol to the victim E who is a public official in charge of social welfare of the above center (the 32 years old), the disabled, and the victim G (the 27 years old), who was a public official in charge of management of basic recipients, at the dong Residents' Center located in the Mapo-dong, Mapopo-dong, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, Mapo-dong, and Mapo-dong
