The relevant content among the contract and specifications made between the Plaintiff and the Defendant at the time is as follows.

Of 201, 301, and 401 of the above building, part of 7 square meters and 501 of the 7th and 501 of the above building was constructed as the studio ridge, and the cost required for the construction with the reinforcement floor is KRW 98,00 per square meter.

C. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff is obliged to pay the gas fee of KRW 130,800 until June 28, 2010, and the same year.
