1. The Plaintiff:

A. (1) Defendant B is each indicated in the separate sheet No. 64, 65, 66, 67, and 64 among the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1.

Reasons

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. (1) The Plaintiff purchased each of the lands listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each of the instant lands”) from F in around 2009, and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) around July 30, 2009 around July 30, 209.

However, the attached list Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 land (hereinafter “instant land”) is subject to a right to collateral security, and the registration of ownership transfer of the instant land 1, 2, 3, and 5 is completed with respect to the land above 1, 2, 3, and 5 around August 11, 201 when the right to collateral security was established, and F is sentenced to a ruling that “F shall implement the procedure for the principal registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the completion of trade reservation on June 20, 2013” and completed the registration of ownership transfer of the instant land 1, 2, 3, and 5 around May 27, 2014.

(2) Defendant B, in sequence of each point indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 64, 65, 66, 67, and 64 among the land in this case, installed “B 1” section of “B 1” connected in order to each point of “B 60, 61, 62, 63, and 60 indicated in the annexed drawing Nos. 64, 65, 66, 67, and 64, and installed “B 1” section of “B 1” section of “B 5,56, 57, 58, 59, and 55 of the same drawing, and occupied and used the land in this case.

(3) Of the land in this case 2 and 3, Defendant C installed a part of “car” inside the ship connecting each point of 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, and 42 in order to connect each point of 40, 41, 42, 48, 49, and 40 in order to connect each point of 40, 41, 42, 48, 49, and 40, among the land in this case 3, the part of “car” connected to each point of 5 square meters of the building, 34, 35, 36, 37, and 34 in order to connect each point of 30, 30, 31, 32, 33, and 30 in the same map, and each part of “car” connected with “a” portion of “a” in the same column, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30.
