Punishment of the crime
The defendant of "2016 Highest 2774" is not a person handling narcotics.
1. Mediation for the trade of phiphones and issuance thereof;
A. On May 11, 2016, around 20:00 to 21:00, the Defendant provided F with approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones that are contained in the part of the Ecomter located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ecomter.
B. Around June 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained a cash card from F, and withdrawn KRW 1.90,000,00 from J convenience store (H) near the residence of F located in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu; (b) purchased approximately 0.2 gramphones from K; and (c) purchased approximately 0.2 grams from K, and arranged to sell and arrange 0.1 grams from the Defendant’s car parked in front of the apartment house of Nam-gu, Incheon; and (d) around the same day, around the same day, the Defendant bought approximately 0.1 grams from the Defendant’s car parked in front of the apartment house of Nam-gu, Incheon.

At around 11:40 on June 2, 2016, the Defendant received 1.80,000 won from F to MHyup Bank account (N) in the name of the Defendant’s use, and subsequently purchased 0.1g of opon from K and arranged F to purchase 0.1g of opon from K and purchase 2:00 to 23:00 of 23:00 on the same day, and arranged F to trade opon 0.05g of opon opon copon copon copon copon copon copon copon copher in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Ecomter located.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. The Defendant put about 0.05g opon-phones on one-time drinking fraud within the same place immediately after the port of 1-A, and injected to the left string, after being melted by a paradon.
B. On October 2, 2016, at around 13:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philophonephones into the third floor toilet of the P hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and injected it to the left part of the bloodline after inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into the cloppy, and melting it into the left part of the prescription.

1. Special larceny Defendants: (a) sought to receive money from Q from around 01:00 on April 30, 2016 at the above Q Q’s house located in Incheon Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) but did not reach the said house; and (c) the victim, who was in front of Q, was managed by the said Q.
