Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, we affirm the lower court’s finding the Defendant not guilty of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes among the facts charged in the instant case and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-measures after an accident).

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of finding facts against logical and empirical rules.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
