If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

1. Violation of the Customs Act;

A. On December 30, 2008, the Defendant, an exporter of China, imported KRW 3,00 from the BH IMOND EXOR COMD to the Busan Customs Office C on December 30, 2008, and filed an import declaration number of KRW 150,00 for the actual price, but reported KRW 132,817 for the difference and reported KRW 53,817 for the difference.

From this point to July 10, 2013, the Defendant evaded customs duties of KRW 9,977,090 for KRW 82,713 in the difference by importing 461,129 points, such as Sct cases in Korea, 79 times as indicated in the “Customs Code (Customs Evasion, Customs Value)”, and filing a declaration to customs office at a price lower than the actual purchase price.

B. On December 16, 2008, the Defendant, an exporter of China, imported a report number of 1,200 in China from the BH IMO IMOND EXOTR COD to the Busan Customs office, and knew that the textile textile products of which is 10% of the basic rate of duty are classified in HS No. 6307.90-9000, thereby evading customs duties 3,460 won by filing a report of HS No. 4202.9-9000, which is the basic rate of duty, with knowledge that the textile products of which are 10% of the basic rate of duty are classified in HS No. 6307.90-900.

From this point to August 14, 2013, the Defendant evaded KRW 2,183,290 by filing an import declaration on Sct cases 314,972 in China over 105 times, such as the Schedule of Offenses of Customs Act (Customs Evasion, Customs Duty Rate).

2. On October 24, 2008, the Defendant violated the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, without reporting to the Minister of Strategy and Finance, paid 8,500 U.S. dollars 1,500 (Korean Won 2,160,000) and 7,000 US dollars 7,000 (Korean Won 9,296,000) on January 21, 2009, on two occasions, without reporting to the Minister of Strategy and Finance.
