The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On August 4, 2020, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) committed a friendly dispute with the victim D (the age of 51) who was fluor C in Yasan City B; (b) and (c) assaulted the victim’s face and body part with the Defendant’s hand floor by making use of bomb, and assaulting the Defendant’s face and body part; and (d) assaulted the victim by using fluor around it.
2. Crimes of non-prosecution for judgment: A judgment dismissing a public prosecution stating that the victim does not want the punishment of the defendant on February 17, 2021, which was after the prosecution of this case: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act
